I have had this vision in my head for over 2 years, of senior photos in the cherry blossom trees. It never seems to work out well as the majority of seniors have their sessions in the summer and fall, long after these trees bloom. That makes sense as right now the “to-be” seniors are juniors.
This past fall when I took photos of this lovely girl, I promised her we would do another batch in the spring so we could get the trees. I suggested she bring her sisters and her Mama since they are all dear to my heart. They are the most feminine of girls…so this seemed like the perfect fit. They brought Hank, the dog, he was most definitely outnumbered. They left Dad and brother at home.
It was a beautiful night and these girls are golden…I wish you all knew them. They are lovely. And I don’t mean just their outer beauty, I mean their hearts. They truly shine. Their Mom is a dear friend of mine and I have watched these girls grow up. I spent a week on a mission trip to Costa Rica with the older daughters, watching them love on orphans…those images of them will never leave my mind or heart.
Kindness is true beauty…
